Update to 4.45 at your own risk!!!!!

I'm one of the ones affected by this update. It bricked my PS3. SONY needs to fix this shit with a new update ASAP!!!

@Aids Because they pulled the update. Support says there will be an update tomorrow to fix the issue. I popped in my old 60GB HDD and am updating through the recovery menu just to see if it works. I'm NOT FORMATTING my 1TB so they can kiss my ass on that one. I have over 700GB's of games/music/saves on there...fuck that. Not to mention I'm pissed because I beat The Last of Us and it did not save to the cloud. Grrrrrr

This really sucks that I have to wait until then. 
SONY announces fix for 4.45 issues

I to had re-download my BO2 map packs and NBA2K/Madden crap int he meantime on this bullshit 60GB drive. Thank god for PS+...I had my saves auto-backed up and just downloaded them back. I have em' backed up on an external 1TB as well but not as up to date and not the copyrighted saves.

I wanna play Borderlands 2 again because of the Tiny Tina DLC that just came out but refuse to download those DLC's/characters again. Same with BF3. *sighs* I just hope that this fix doesn't require us to format because I will be HIGHLY pissed off...
