After watching the vid for an eighteenth time, I noticed that the gameplay was actually taken and used by REBELLION to make Battlefront: Elite Squadron for the PSP. Man that's bullshit

At least Activision didn't get it. Plus EA bought Pandemic when they made The Saboteur, so they're might be one guy from Pandemic left over working on the new Battlefront
